WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
If for any reason you are in need of a return or an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your full name, item name, order number and the reason for return. Make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. We will only accept returns and offer refunds if the item is somehow damaged, torn, misprinted or ripped. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 29 days after the estimated delivery date. All items purchased must be in original condition. Please ensure the item has not been visibly worn and is in a resalable condition otherwise we will be unable to process your refund. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
